Shipping Policy

Welcome to ACE Design Co.. We appreciate your business and work hard to provide high-quality custom apparel, signs, promotional products, and printed materials with reliable turnaround times.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed every Thursday with an estimated production turnaround of approximately 1 week after processing, depending on product type, artwork approval, material availability, and order size.

Custom and decorated products are made to order and may require additional production time during peak seasons or for large-volume orders.

You will receive confirmation once your order has been processed and/or shipped.


Shipping Methods

We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping
  • Local Delivery (limited area)
  • Local Pickup

Shipping carriers may include UPS, USPS, FedEx, or other freight providers depending on package size and destination.


Local Delivery

Local delivery may be available within approximately 10 miles of our location in Fort Gratiot, Michigan.

Delivery availability and scheduling are determined at our discretion based on order size, staffing, and route scheduling.


Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at checkout for eligible orders.

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup. Please do not arrive before receiving confirmation.


Shipping Time Estimates

Estimated shipping transit times begin after production is completed — not at the time the order is placed.

Transit times provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

ACE Design Co. is not responsible for carrier delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Holidays
  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Lost or delayed packages once accepted by the carrier

Custom & Decorated Products

Many of our products are custom-made, printed, embroidered, engraved, or otherwise decorated specifically for your order.

Because of this:

  • All artwork approvals are final.
  • Colors may vary slightly from on-screen mockups.
  • Product placement and sizing may vary slightly between garment sizes and brands.
  • Mockups are for visualization purposes and may not represent exact final sizing or placement.

Embroidery & Specialty Products

Embroidery, acrylic patch items, engraved products, banners, signage, and specialty decorated products may require extended lead times.

Typical embroidery and specialty product lead times may extend to approximately 2 weeks depending on workload and material availability.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

ACE Design Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or re-shipped packages.


Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of packaging/products
  • Description of the issue

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of decorated and made-to-order products:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

on:

  • Custom apparel
  • Printed garments
  • Embroidered items
  • Signs
  • Banners
  • Promotional products
  • Personalized items

Non-custom stock items may be eligible for return only if unused and approved in advance.
