When will my order be ready?
First round: Online orders and completed order forms received by 1 p.m. on Thursday, November 5 will be delivered by Tuesday, November 10. Drop off completed order forms at Easton Harris's box by the deadline. Orders placed after 1 p.m. on November 5 follow our normal production schedule.
For orders after the first-round deadline, orders are normally processed on Thursdays. Standard printed apparel typically takes approximately one week after processing.
Timing depends on artwork approval, garment availability and order size. These are estimates, not guaranteed completion dates. Shipping time is additional. Need your gear for a specific date? Contact ACE before ordering or call 810-300-9133.
Pickup, delivery & shipping
Choose from the available fulfillment options at checkout. Local pickup is available for eligible orders; wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before coming in. Shipping transit time starts after production is complete. Local delivery availability and scheduling are confirmed by ACE.
How do I wash my printed apparel?
Turn the garment inside out and wash in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid bleach, harsh detergents and fabric softener. Hang dry or tumble dry low. Do not iron the printed design. Follow the garment care label.
Sizing, custom orders & order problems
Check your size, color and design before ordering. This collection is decorated to order, so custom-product sales are final under ACE’s policy. Contact ACE promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
