Know before you go
A few good answers.
Do I pay when I apply to show a vehicle?
No. Applying is free. The POHO team reviews your vehicle and photos. If accepted, you receive a $75 payment request. A paid, accepted registration includes two VIP passes.
When is a vendor space held?
After you complete the $0 application checkout, the selected space is held for review. Picking a space or adding it to your cart does not reserve it. If approved, you receive a separate request to pay the booth fee.
Can vendors sell food or drinks?
No. Food and drink sales are not permitted for these vendor spaces.
What is the Golden Tree sponsorship?
One King and one Queen sponsor each support the respective award, with a logo on the Tree shirt, two sponsor shirts, competition recognition and two VIP passes.
